Mohamed Nauzer Mohamed Anwerdeen is an Australian National. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Ali Al Ansari and Mohamed Anwar Co, an auditing firm that represents Kudos International (UK) which is one of the prominent networks of accounting and auditing firms having offices in around 40 plus countries. Kudos International is a member of Forum of the Firms at International Federations of Accountants (IFAC). He is a fellow member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) UK and Institute of Public Accountants (IPA) Australia.

 

He is a senior accounting and finance professional with over 30 years of experience as a trusted adviser assisting companies with financial analysis, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), auditing, internal control policies and procedures, and strategic planning. Proven leader in the accounting profession influencing and driving initiatives the impact financial reporting and fiscal accuracies. Highly skilled in generally accepted accounting practices and managerial practices and procedures. Having the knowledge and International experience from the Asia, Europe & Middle East covering Accounting, Audit, Taxation and Consultancy.

Mr. James is the Lead Director for audit & assurance services. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds MBA in Business and Finance. He also holds M.Sc in Marketing from UK. He is also a member of SriLankan Institute of Marketing. He has around 25 years of professional experience which includes financial advisory services to a broad range of internationals, locals, and governments companies, covering Audit & Assurance, Tax Advisory Services, Business Plan, Budgeting and Forecasting, Mergers & Acquisitions, Feasibility Study and Market Research, Due diligence, Business Valuation, Liquidation and Arbitration services.
